Hailuodon Halstari is a fish smokehouse in Hailuoto, whose products are sold all over Finland, all the way to Helsinki. Come and enjoy delicious salmon soup or grab fishy side dishes, for example our famous cold-smoked salmon gravy!

Our store is open every day in the Summer (June and July) from 11 am to 3 pm, in the winter season we are open on Mondays and from Thursday to Saturday. Welcome!
