Hailuoto-seura is a local community association founded in 1996 in Hailuoto, whose purpose is e.g. increasing the knowledge of the home region and nurturing the culture.

The society actively organizes various events, art exhibitions, Sunday Photographers and Tikkuröijypiiri. The Kylätalo Pääkauppa, renovated by the society, serves as a cafe, craft shop and art gallery in the summer.
